BAKERY ODERING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read the following Terms and Conditions carefully before placing your order with Chapter Bakery Boutique.  By using Chapter Bakery Boutique services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 

Deposit

A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. No order will be commenced until such time as a deposit has been paid. Please note that all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Minimum Order

• Cake for special occasion minimum order 2kg ;
• Mini sausage bun 50 pieces;
• Mini croissant 50 pieces;
• Mini doughnut 50 pieces;
• Mini danish 50 pieces;
• Mini muffin 50 pieces;
• Mini puff and pie 50 pieces;
• Cookie 1 kg;
• Mini Macaroons 50 pieces.

Delivery Services

There is a SR 50 and SR100 delivery fee for each delivery within Jeddah and to Makkah AlMukarramah, respectively. Additional delivery fees may be incurred for distance requiring extended travel.

Cancellation and Returns

Our cancellation fees are as follows:

• Seven calendar days notice – 10% of the total order will be charged.
• 48 hours notice – 25% of the total order will be charged.
• Less than 48 hours – full cost of the total order will be charged.

Once order is sold, delivered and accepted, refunds will NOT be entertained.
